1.Basic Warranty:
All product is covered by a 12-month complimentary warranty period, commencing from the date of delivery. Should any quality issue arise that is not a result of human intervention during this time, please provide video and photographic documentation. We will assume full responsibility and promptly arrange for repair, replacement, or return services as appropriate.
2.Value-Added Buyback:
We offer a unique inventory protection service for our customers. After 24 months from the date of receipt, if the customer decides to discontinue selling the product and has remaining stock, we commit to repurchasing it at the original purchase price. This ensures maximum protection of customer interests and minimizes inventory risk.
